It's easy to manage all of your calling needs when you set up an account online. You can log on to www.iwirelesshome.com to check your account balance, view your call details, add airtime, purchase accessories and make changes to your i-wireless service directly from the web.

Your account may be deactivated if you have not added a new airtime card to your account in the past 90 days. To keep your service working, you need to add $20 in airtime to your account every 90 days, even if you have money in your account.

If you regularly use the $10 airtime cards, you will need to refill your account every 30 days to keep an active i-wireless phone number.

If you don’t keep your account active, you will not be able to make or receive calls until you replenish your account.

Possibly. Your current service provider can charge you any termination penalty outlined in your contract if you cancel your service with them early.

However, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) ruled that a carrier cannot prevent a subscriber from leaving, even if they have an outstanding bill balance. So, you may have to pay an unpaid balance and termination fee, but that will not prevent you from leaving your current service provider.

No, you will not incur roaming charges with your i-wireless service. You can use your i-wireless phone anywhere in the i-wireless and extended digital coverage area across the United States.

 

No. Only i-wireless phones are compatible with i-wireless service. You will need to purchase a new i-wireless phone in order to subscribe to service.

Yes. Your Smartphone will allow you to access your personal email (Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, Hotmail) and also Microsoft Exchange/Microsoft Outlook email. For help with setup, please refer to your phone's user guide.

Not all i-wireless phones are data capable. To determine if your phone will support data services, check the manual that was included in your phone box to determine what features your phone has, as well as specific instructions on how to download data services to your phone. You can also view the features section of the phones page at www.krogeriwireless.com.

Carry forward minutes are not available on the ALL-IN rate plan.

Customers on older i-wireless rate plans may be eligible for carry forward minutes. For details, please refer to i-wireless classic plans terms and conditions.

Yes. You can make international calls with your i-wireless phone, however, the international long distance rates may vary. For a complete listing of international long distance calling rates, click here. Charges to make international long distance calls are in addition to local per-minute rates, unless noted otherwise. All per-minute charges are rounded up to the nearest minute.
